齐墩果酸是植物界分布较广的一种三萜皂甙元,已知有抗菌消炎、强心利尿、降转氨酶等多种药理作用。近年来,发现具五环结构的三萜类化合物具有降血脂作用。为此,我们对齐墩果酸作了实验性降血脂作用研究。现报告如下: 一、对正常大鼠血脂的影响 取体重100克左右的大鼠14只,分为两组,给药组以0.4％齐墩果酸混悬液0.5ml灌胃(齐墩果酸粉末为黑龙江省一面坡制药厂产品,批号01,含量99.13％),对照组给以同容量的生理盐水,每日一次,
Oleanolic acid is a triterpenoid astragalus element widely distributed in the plant kingdom. It is known to have various pharmacological effects such as antibacterial, anti-inflammation, cardiac diuresis, and aminotransferase reduction. In recent years, it has been found that triterpenoids having a pentacyclic structure have a hypolipidemic effect. To this end, we have made an experimental study on the hypolipidemic effect of oleanolic acid. The report is as follows: I. Effect on blood lipids in normal rats 14 rats weighing about 100 grams were divided into two groups. The administration group was given a 0.4% oleanolic acid suspension (0.5 ml) to gavage the stomach. The acid powder was manufactured by Heilongjiang Province Yangpo Pharmaceutical Factory, batch number 01, content was 99.13%), and the control group was given physiological saline of the same volume once a day.
