在可控温度生长箱内，研究了４ 个昼／ 夜温度处理对二年生盆栽早露蟠桃性器官发育的影响。结果表明，随着温度的升高，性器官发育速度加快，败育趋势增加。（１） 与２０／１５ ℃处理相比，２５／１５ ℃、３０／１５ ℃处理花粉粒成熟期分别提前３ 、６ ｄ ；花粉粒数量分别减少５４ ％ 、８６ ％ ；３５／１５ ℃处理花粉母细胞减数分裂异常，造成雄性完全败育；（２） 与２０／１５ ℃处理相比，２５／１５ ℃、３０／１５ ℃、３５／１５℃处理珠心原基及胞原细胞出现期均提前了３ ｄ ；２５／１５℃、３０／１５ ℃处理胚囊母细胞出现期分别提前３ 、６ ｄ；３０／１５℃处理后期胚囊发育受阻；３５／１５℃处理早期珠心发育受阻。
In a controlled temperature growth chamber, the effect of four day / night temperature treatments on the organ development of peaches in perennial potted plants was studied. The results showed that with the increase of temperature, the development of sexual organs accelerated and the abortion tended to increase. (1) Compared with 20/15 ℃ treatment, the pollen grain ripening time at 25/15 ℃ and 30/15 ℃ was 36 and 66 days earlier respectively; the pollen grains decreased 54% and 86% respectively; (2) Compared with 20/15 ℃ treatment, the appearance of PRP and progenitor cells at 25/15 ℃, 30/15 ℃, 35/15 ℃ All of them were advanced 3 days earlier than that of the control group. The embryo sac cells treated with 25/15 ℃ and 30/15 ℃ appeared 3 and 6 days earlier, respectively. .
