笔者于1989年5月对塔升库尔干自治县塔吉克族中小学生进行了贫血抽样调查,获有效卡片1079张,调查采用沙利氏比色法。结果:塔吉克族中小学生Hb 最小值9.0g、最大值15.5g。按WHO 诊断标准,贫血患病率为53.01%,其中男生58.68%、女生44.39%,女生随年级的升高患病率下降,男生则上升。小学、初中、高中学生的患病率分别为54.72%、51.07%及53.01%。同喀什市同类资料相比,汉族、维吾尔族中小学生贫血的患
In May 1989, the author carried out a sample survey of anemia among Tajik elementary and middle school students in Tacheng Kurgan Autonomous County, obtaining 1079 valid cards. The survey was conducted using the Shari’ll colorimetric method. Results: The minimum Hb in Tajik school pupils was 9.0g and the maximum was 15.5g. According to the WHO diagnostic criteria, the prevalence of anemia was 53.01%, of which 58.68% were for boys and 44.39% for girls. The prevalence of girls increased with the grade and boys were increased. The prevalence rates of primary, middle school and high school students were 54.72%, 51.07% and 53.01% respectively.
