用~(137)Csγ射线照射水稻花药愈伤组织,研究其辐射效应。试验发现,愈伤组织诱导后不继代。连续脱分化培养,每次待愈伤组织长到2mm 左右时进行分化培养,能大大提高水稻花药培养的得苗率。30Gyγ射线处理可提高愈伤组织的再生能力,增加绿点型愈伤组织的比例,从而提高连续培养的绿苗分化率。
The radiation effects of rice anther callus were studied with ~ (137) Csγ ray. The experiment found that callus did not follow after induction. Continuous dedifferentiation culture, each waiting to be callus growing to about 2mm differentiation culture, can greatly improve the rice anther culture seedling rate. 30Gyγ-ray treatment can improve the regenerative ability of callus and increase the proportion of green dot callus, so as to improve the rate of green shoot differentiation in continuous culture.
