模式鲜花快递似乎算不上什么新商业模式。服务范围覆盖纽约、华盛顿和芝加哥周边地区的鲜花预订网站H.Bloom,却能做到以低至三折的优惠价格,为企业与个人用户提供鲜花。H.Bloom能做到压低成本,靠的是按订单生产鲜花的倒推模式,即用户提前一周,甚至两个月提交送花订单。H.Bloom会依据订单模式,直接向种植商购买鲜花,省去了中间环节费用。
Mode Flowers Express does not seem any new business model. Services cover H. Bloom, the flower booking site in New York, Washington and surrounding Chicago, but offer flowers for business and personal users at discounts of up to 30% off. H.Bloom can do to reduce costs, relying on the production of flowers ordered by the push-down mode, that is, the user a week early or two months to submit flower delivery orders. H.Bloom will buy flowers directly from the growers according to the order mode, eliminating the need for intermediate links.
