美术活动作为艺术领域的重要组成部分,其核心在于培养幼儿对美的感受、表现与创造。幼儿认知、想象、记忆、思维已有一定的发展,但还不够成熟与完善,需要教师的引导与支持。笔者在国培计划(2016)北碚区乡村园教师送教培训课例诊断环节,通过课堂观察,发现乡村园教师普通存在重临摹轻创造、重灌输轻体验等问题,追求美术作品的结果展示,以“像”与“不像”
