我县现有小学点多面广,如何尽快地全面提高教学质量?我们在实践中体会到,首先抓好全县公社中心小学教师的教学业务的学习和提高,是极为重要的。因此,我们教育学校小学组的工作,主要是抓好全县26所公社中心小学教师的培训提高,再通过中心小学的教师去组织本学区小学教师的学习,开展辅导活动,进行教学研究,加速全县教师业务水平的提高。具体做法是:
