穿甲弹的被帽,是用铬锰硅高强度合金结构钢制成的。因结构需要,在其园柱面上有一条滚花带,为保证产品的同心度,滚花工序必须在被帽经最后热处理,并与主件钎焊在一起后,方可进行。但此时被帽滚花部位的机械性能已达:HRC45~49;σ_b140~180kgf/mm~2。很明显,对于具有这样高机械性能的零件,要使其发生塑性变形,将是十分困难的。如果滚花轮没有相当高的硬度、足够的强度以及良好的韧性,那么在产品大量生产条件下,就很难适应需求。因此,将此种工具称之为“强力滚花轮”,以与普通用于加工低硬度结构钢的滚花轮相区别。
Armor-piercing is the cap, is made of chromium-manganese silicon high-strength alloy structural steel. Due to the structural requirements, there is a knurled belt on the cylinder surface. To ensure the concentricity of products, the knurling process must be finished after the cap is heat-treated and brazed with the main part. But at this time the mechanical properties of the knurled parts of the cap have been reached: HRC45 ~ 49; σ_b140 ~ 180kgf / mm ~ 2. Obviously, for parts with such high mechanical properties, it will be very difficult to plastically deform them. If the knurling wheel does not have a fairly high hardness, sufficient strength and good toughness, it is very difficult to meet the demand under mass production conditions of the product. Therefore, this type of tool is referred to as a “knurled wheel” to distinguish it from a knurling wheel that is commonly used to machine low-hardness structural steels.
