目的:探讨前列腺脓肿采用经直肠超声引导下前列腺穿刺治疗的效果。方法:研究选择我院2016年3月至2017年2月收治的20例前列腺囊肿患者,均运用经直肠超声引导下前列腺穿刺治疗,分析治疗后的效果。结果:在治疗疗效上,治愈率为100%,其中1次治疗治愈占45%,2次治疗治愈率为40%,3次治疗治愈率为15%;在治疗满意度上,很满意率为40%,一般满意率为55%,不满意率为5%。结论:前列腺脓肿采用经直肠超声引导下前列腺穿刺治疗可以较好的治疗疾病,患者接受度较好。
Objective: To investigate the effect of transrectal ultrasound guided prostatic puncture in the treatment of prostatic abscess. Methods: Twenty patients with prostatic cyst treated in our hospital from March 2016 to February 2017 were selected and treated with transrectal ultrasound guided prostate biopsy. The therapeutic effect was analyzed. Results: In the treatment effect, the cure rate was 100%, of which 45% were cured by one treatment, 40% by two treatments and 15% by three treatments. Satisfaction rate was 40%, the general satisfaction rate of 55%, not satisfied with the rate of 5%. Conclusion: Prostate abscess treated by transrectal ultrasound guided prostate puncture can be a better treatment of the disease, patients with better acceptance.
