当前,各高校在迅速发展党员的同时忽略了党员后续教育和管理,从而导致党员入党后的质量偏低。对如何处理党员后续教育管理问题,各高校党员教育管理工作者各执己见,但都没有很好地解决问题或者将理论付诸于实践。文章在较长时间从事党员教育和管理工作的基础上,分析了党员后续教育的重大意义,解释了造成这一问题的原因,提出了新的行之有效的教育管理方法。
At present, all colleges and universities neglected the follow-up education and management of party members while they rapidly developed party members, resulting in the low quality of party members after they joined the party.
