宁强县位于陕西省的西南角,与四川省的青川县接壤,5·12特大地震发生后,宁强县又分别发生了不同震级的4次余震:5月13日3.7级和2.6级,5月27日5.7级,7月24日5.6级的地震。

Ningqiang County is located in the southwestern corner of Shaanxi Province and borders Qingchuan County in Sichuan Province. After the 5.12 earthquake, Ningqiang County has occurred another four aftershocks of different magnitudes: 3.7 and 2.6 on May 13, 5.7 on May 27 and 5.6 on July 24.
