建立了猴、兔、狗的表层角膜镜片术的动物模型，以猴的模型最成功。术眼进行了组织学检查，发现上皮厚度及角膜细胞正常。我们认为，建立表层角膜镜片术动物模型需考虑：供受体角膜组织结构、屈光参数、厚度和前弹力膜。
Animal models of surface keratomileusis were established in monkeys, rabbits and dogs, and the monkey model was the most successful. Eye surgery for histological examination found that epithelial thickness and normal corneal cells. We believe that the establishment of surface corneal ophthalmology animal models need to consider: donor corneal tissue structure, refractive parameters, thickness and pre-stretch membrane.
