1病例报告患者男,63岁。因头晕10天入院。变应性哮喘病史10余年,无糖尿病、高血压病病史。入院查体:体温36.7℃,血压120/80mmHg;双肺听诊呼吸音粗,未闻及干湿性啰音;心率64/min,律齐,未闻及明显病理性杂音;腹软,肝脾肋下未及,双下肢无水肿;神志清楚,言语流利,记忆力、计算力、定向力正常,查体合作;双侧瞳孔等大等圆,对光反射灵敏,眼球活动自如,未见眼震;双侧鼻唇沟对称,口角无歪斜,伸舌居中,四肢肌力
