1 项目背景依据濮阳县王称固灌区位于濮阳县东部,南起黄河,北抵金堤河,东至范县边界,西抵冯楼沟、白罡乡界。总土地面积146.7km~2,耕地面积0.903万hm~2。设计灌溉面积0.885万hm~2,有效灌溉面积0.534万hm~2。灌区共辖王称固乡、户部寨乡和文留镇的部分地区。有行政村121个,人口10.65万人。项目建设的主要依据有:①《水利水电工程可行性研究报告编制规程》DL5020-93;②《渠道防渗工程技术规范》SL18-91;③《灌溉与排水工程设计规范》GB50288-99;④《水利建设项目经济评价规范》SL72-94;⑤《水利水电工程施工组织设计
1 Project Background Puyang Wangchenggu irrigation area is located in the east of Puyang County, south of the Yellow River, north of Jindi River, east to Fanxian border, west Fenglou ditch, white Gang rural boundary. The total land area is 146.7km ~ 2 and the cultivated area is 90,300 hm ~ 2. Design irrigation area of 88,850 hm ~ 2, effective irrigation area of 0.534 million hm ~ 2. Irrigation areas were controlled by the king said Gu Xiang, the Ministry of Walled Township and Wenliu part of the town. There are 121 administrative villages, population 106,600 people.
