我国人工大面积栽培的食用菌有20多种,按其生长所需的原料及栽培方式,划分为木生菌和草粪生菌两大类。长期以来香菇、银耳、黑木耳、猴头菌、平菇等木生菌多采用段木栽培法,近几年来已改为室内袋栽法,开创了一条高产栽培的新技术。蘑菇、兰花菇、凤尾菇等草粪生菌,也由过去单一的培养料,发展到多成分合成的培养料,使单产进一步提高。
