目的研究高氟水源对妇女体内性激素结合蛋白和雌二醇水平的实际影响。方法随机选择某地区县城7个村作为调查点,其中2个属于高氟村(高氟组),2个属于实施降氟改水工程村(改水组)以及3个对照村(对照组);所有选择调查点本地生长以及居住满7年以上的20~50岁成年女性。比较三组水氟含量。结果高氟组水氟含量高于改水组及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长期高氟水源可以在一定程度上影响成年女性血清SHBG以及雌二醇的水平标准。
Objective To study the practical effect of high fluoride water on sex hormone binding protein and estradiol levels in women. Methods Seven villages in the county seat of a certain area were randomly selected as survey sites, of which two belonged to high fluoride group (high fluoride group), two belonged to the project group (water modification group) and three control villages (control group) All adult women aged 20-50 who have chosen to be surveyed locally and have lived for more than 7 years. Compare three groups of water fluorine content. Results The fluoride content in fluoride group was higher than that in water-modified group and control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Long-term high fluoride water can affect the serum levels of SHBG and estradiol in adult women to a certain extent.
