本文的目的就是通过赛前的强化训练,因人制宜的、科学合理的制定赛前强化训练计划,使运动员在机体机能上达到竞技状态的要求,提高运动成绩。本文基本反应了我国马拉松运动员的赛前强化训练情况,具有鲜明的特殊性;运动员赛前强化训练的节奏明显,在保持一定的负荷基础上不断提高负荷强度,负荷强度的安排合理,符合当前先进的马拉松跑及超长距离跑赛前强化训练的趋势。
