根据职业技术院校的特色,特别对于电子、电气、机械、控制等专业,PLC应用技术作为实践性很强的专业基础课程,是学生学习和发展的根本。在教学过程中,实验教学对于提升学生的编程能力、培养学生利用PLC应用技术分析和解决实际问题的能力至关重要,直接影响课程的整体教学质量。然而该课程在实验教学环节存在学生水平参差不齐、对学生学习评价比较单一以及综合应用能力欠缺等问题。结合多年教学经验,在实验教学中提出分层与分组相结合的教学模式以及具体教学措施,对该课程实验教学进行改革探索,优化了实践教学效果,提升了学生的实践操作能力。
According to the characteristics of vocational and technical colleges, especially for electronics, electrical, mechanical, control and other professional, PLC application technology as a practical basis for the professional foundation courses, students learn and develop. In the process of teaching, experimental teaching is very important for improving students ’programming ability and cultivating students’ ability of using PLC application technology to analyze and solve practical problems, which directly affects the overall teaching quality of the course. However, there are some problems in the course of experimental teaching, such as the uneven level of students, the single evaluation of students’ learning and the lack of comprehensive application ability. Combining with many years of teaching experience, this paper puts forward teaching modes and specific teaching methods which are combined with stratification and grouping in experimental teaching. The experiment teaching of this course is explored, the practical teaching effect is optimized, and the students’ practical ability is improved.
