近年来,随着经济的快速发展,浙江省云和县流动人口日益增多,为了解云和县7岁以下流动儿童保健服务情况和5岁以下流动儿童死亡情况,制定和完善适合该县流动人口的保健管理方法及措施,提高7岁以下儿童保健管理能力,降低5岁以下流动儿童死亡率。本文报道云和县2007—2013年5岁以下儿童死亡资料和7岁以下儿童保健服务情况回顾性分析结果。1资料与方法1.1资料来源
