目前我国矿山使用的爆破线,都是由铜线制成的。据煤矿系统统计,每年消耗铜量达2000多吨。铜是一种贵金属,用于国防工业和机械、电气设备的重要部件。铜的生产工艺繁多,生产成本比钢铁高达数倍,因此我们进行了铁爆破线的试验。 (一)降低铁线电阻的措施:矿山使用铜制爆破线的主要原因,是铜的电阻系数低微,容易导电,以保证爆破。理论上纯铜的电阻系数为0.01613欧姆毫米~2/米,而纯铁为0.0971欧姆毫料~2/米,相差约6倍。若要使铁线的电阻,做到近于铜线的电阻,确是一项较艰难的任务。我们经过调查研究并且做了多次试验,找到以下几种办法降低了电阻: 1.改进冶炼工艺,制出高纯度铁,并且减少夹杂物、气体的含量:
