本文用截锥法和砂浆扩展度筒法对聚羧酸减水剂、萘系减水剂、木质素减水剂与混凝土原材料相容性进行快速检验,通过对比砂浆扩展度与混凝土坍落度相关性,使用适当的测试方法对外加剂相容性进行快速检测。试验结果表明:两种方法分别进行试验后,所得的砂浆流动度与混凝土坍落度均具有较好相关性。其中,聚羧酸减水剂与萘系减水剂配制C20混凝土时,采用砂浆扩展度筒法,砂浆扩展度/混凝土坍落度出现较大波动,建议选用截锥法对混凝土原材料相容性进行快速检验。
