目的给予家兔阴道内纳米银凝胶后,研究银在家兔体内的分布情况。方法单剂量和多剂量经♀家兔阴道给予纳米银凝胶200 mg·kg-1后,于不同时间点处死家兔并剖取主要组织器官,用ICP-MS法测定给药前、后家兔各器官中银的含量。结果与0 h组比较,单剂量给药后,阴道、子宫和肝脏中银的含量明显增加,其余组织中未见明显分布,给药72 h后各组织中银的含量均恢复至本底水平;多剂量给药后,末次给药2~24 h内阴道、子宫、肝脏、脾、肾、大肠和小肠中有银的分布,心、脑、肺和胃未见明显分布,末次给药72 h后各组织中银的含量均恢复至本底水平。结论单剂量和多剂量经家兔阴道给予纳米银凝胶后,给药2~24 h内银在组织中有分布,给药72 h后各组织中均未见明显银蓄积。
Objective To study the distribution of silver in rabbits after the nano-silver gel in vagina was given to rabbits. Methods Single and multiple doses of rabbit vaginal administration of nano-silver gel 200 mg · kg-1, at different time points after the rabbits were sacrificed and the main tissues and organs were taken, ICP-MS assay before and after treatment Rabbit organs silver content. Results Compared with 0 h group, the content of silver in the vagina, uterus and liver increased significantly after single-dose administration, while no obvious distribution was observed in other tissues. After dosing, the distribution of silver in the vagina, uterus, liver, spleen, kidney, large intestine and small intestine within 2 ~ 24 h after the last administration showed no obvious distribution in heart, brain, lung and stomach. After the last administration for 72 h The levels of silver in all organizations recovered to their background levels. Conclusion After single and multiple doses of vaginal administration of nanosilver gel in rabbits, there was a distribution of silver in the tissues within 2 to 24 hours after administration. No obvious accumulation of silver was found in all tissues after 72 hours of administration.
