采用天花粉、黄精、玄参、知母等常用治疗糖尿病的中药,针对胰岛素与外周组织胰岛素受体结合这一环节,观察是否影响其结合率,进行正常人体外的实验性研究。除知母显示降低胰岛素与人红细胞胰岛素受体的结合率外,余三味中药未见对结合率有明显影响。
Traditional Chinese medicines for the treatment of diabetes, such as TCS, WCS, Scrophulariae and Anemarrhena, were used to observe whether the combination of insulin and peripheral insulin receptors affected the rate of binding, and normal experimental studies were performed in vitro. In addition to the fact that Anemarrhena asphodeloides shows a decrease in the binding rate of insulin to the human erythrocyte insulin receptor, the remaining three herbs have no significant effect on the binding rate.
