目的:了解青阳参(萝藦科)根茎中化合物的结构,寻找非甾类的新化合物和活性成分。方法:青阳参根茎的乙酸乙酯提取物用柱层析分离,得到的纯品用光谱方法确定结构,通过检索确认其是否为新发现的化合物,并进行初步的抗真菌实验。结果:分离得到7个组分,结构分别为:1-[4-甲氧基-3-(6-甲氧基-3-乙酰基苯基过氧)苯基]乙酮(1)、1-(3-羟基-7-乙酰基萘-2-基)乙酮(2)、1-(3,4-二羟基苯基)乙酮(3)、1-(2,4-二羟基苯基)乙酮(4)、1-[3-(3,6-二羟基-2-甲基苯甲酰基)-2,4-二羟基苯基]乙酮(白首乌二苯酮)(5)、N,N-二甲基乙胺(6)和2-氧代-2-苯基乙酸(7)。结论:组分1和2为新化合物,1有抗真菌活性。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the structure of the compounds in the rhizome of Chrysoporemi (Dendrobium) and to search for new non-steroidal compounds and active ingredients. METHODS: The ethyl acetate extract of Rhizome Sinensis was separated by column chromatography. The obtained pure product was confirmed by spectroscopic methods. It was confirmed by searching whether it was a newly discovered compound and a preliminary antifungal experiment was conducted. Results: Seven fractions were isolated and the structures were: 1-[4-methoxy-3-(6-methoxy-3-acetylphenylperoxy)phenyl]ethanone (1), 1 -(3-hydroxy-7-acetylnaphthalen-2-yl)ethanone (2), 1-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)ethanone (3), 1-(2,4-dihydroxybenzene) (Ethyl)ethanone (4), 1-[3-(3,6-dihydroxy-2-methylbenzoyl)-2,4-dihydroxyphenyl]ethanone (Platinus benzophenone) ( 5) N,N-dimethylethylamine (6) and 2-oxo-2-phenylacetic acid (7). Conclusion: Components 1 and 2 are new compounds and 1 has antifungal activity.
