推行地方政府权力清单制度,是党中央、国务院部署的重要改革任务,是国家治理体系和治理能力现代化建设的重要举措。2014年以来,东营市按照“简政放权、放管结合、优化服务”协同推进的总要求,加快建设“四张清单、一个平台”为主要框架的行政权力运行体系,积极推进权力清单制度,以行政权力瘦身、政府责任加码,推进政府依法全面履行职能。
