校企合作背景下的知识转移机制研究侧重于不断创新知识转移机制,实现知识转移的目的。本文在分析个体层次中知识转移方式的基础上,进一步研究各种转移方式的不同组合,即知识转移机制在江西财经职业学院会计专业《企业财务报告编制》课程开发中的具体应用。
The research on knowledge transfer mechanism under the background of school-enterprise cooperation focuses on the continuous innovation of knowledge transfer mechanism and the purpose of knowledge transfer. Based on the analysis of knowledge transfer methods at individual level, this paper further studies different combinations of various transfer methods, namely, the application of knowledge transfer mechanism in the development of Accounting of Business Finance in Jiangxi Vocational and Technical College of Finance.
