农村基础教育师资力量的强弱,直接左右着农村基础教育的质量。在隆德县小学教师队伍中,有80%以上的教师在县以下的农村小学工作,农村小学教师已经成为隆德县最大的一个专业团队。而相当多的农村小学教师还存在教育观念落后、教学方法陈旧、知识老化等问题。教师队伍专业化水平不高已经成了制约农村小学教育教学质量进一步提高的瓶颈。因此,只有深刻反思农村教育师资队伍建设出现的问题、农村教师教育存在的问题,剖析农村小学教师专业发展存在的问题和原因,
The strength of teacher education in rural basic education directly affects the quality of rural basic education. In Lude County primary school teachers, more than 80% of teachers in rural primary schools below the county work, rural primary school teachers have become Lund County, a largest professional team.
