加速推进齐齐哈尔市城乡居民收入增长探究

努力实现居民收入持续增长,不断改善民生,是国家“十二五”规划的核心目标。近年来,齐齐哈尔市经济发展较快,如何加速推进城乡居民收入增长与经济发展同步,是各级党委政府及有关部门今后的努力方向。本文利用齐齐哈尔市城乡居民收入及经济发展数据,对居民收入与经济增长之间的变动关系进行了分析,依据分析结果就推进城乡居民收入提出针对性建议,供各级各部门决策参考。

Efforts to achieve sustained growth of resident income and continuous improvement of people's livelihood are the core goals of the national “Twelfth Five-Year Plan”. In recent years, the economy of Qiqihar has developed rapidly. How to speed up the growth of incomes of urban and rural residents in pace with the economic development is the direction of future efforts by party committees and governments at all levels and relevant departments. Based on the data of urban and rural residents' income and economic development in Qiqihar City, this paper analyzes the relationship between the changes of resident income and economic growth. Based on the analysis results, we put forward specific suggestions for promoting the income of urban and rural residents for the reference of decision-making at all levels and departments.
