医院文化建设是提升医院核心竞争力,提升医疗质量的关键。医院的文化建设是便利医患双方的好事,并且能够塑造医院的文化氛围,提升医院核心竞争力。提升医护人员的医术,使之为人民服务,只有做到以德为先,德艺双馨,才能发挥出医院的作用,而这样的医院才能真正得到人民的信赖,做广大百姓的贴心人。
Hospital culture building is to enhance the hospital’s core competitiveness, improve the quality of medical key.
