本工作采用同位素稀释火花源质谱法,建立了直接测定环境土壤标样中Cu、Sr、Mo、Ba、Pb、U、Ce、Nd、Yb九种微量元素的定量分析方法。本方法不需要标准参考物质,具有绝对测定的性质,这一特点对标准参考物质中微量元素的定值是非常重要的。为增加同时测定多元素的能力,又与内标法相结合,测定了La、Pr、Eu、Th四个元素。方法的可靠性经分析日本地质调查所的地质标样JB-1进行了验证。测定值与其它方法也基本符合,相对均方差为±4~16%。
In this work, isotope dilution spark source mass spectrometry was used to establish a quantitative method for the direct determination of nine trace elements Cu, Sr, Mo, Ba, Pb, U, Ce, Nd and Yb in environmental soil samples. This method does not require standard reference material, with the absolute determination of the nature of the characteristics of the standard reference material trace elements in the value is very important. In order to increase the ability of simultaneous determination of multiple elements, combined with the internal standard method, the determination of La, Pr, Eu, Th four elements. The reliability of the method was verified by analyzing the Geological Standard JB-1 of the Japan Geological Survey. The measured values are basically in line with other methods, the relative mean square deviation is ± 4 ~ 16%.
