本文针对当前部分党政干部存在的贪污腐败犯罪现象，提出对于贪污腐败犯罪，不仅要进一步健全法制，加强监督，严厉打击。与此同时，还要加强教育，注意预防。指出导致党政干部贪污腐败犯罪的原因固然有多个方面，但职业道德素质的“滑坡”是其主要原因。因此，对于贪污犯罪，必须标本兼治，强化党政干部的职业道德教育，以增强其“免疫功能”，该文从四个方面论述了当前强化职业道德教育对预防党政干部贪污犯罪的作用。
This paper aims at the corruption of corruption in some cadres nowadays and proposes that we should not only further perfect the legal system, strengthen supervision and crack down on crimes of corruption, but also crack down on corruption. At the same time, we must step up education and pay attention to prevention. It points out that there are many reasons that lead to the corruption of party and government cadres. However, the “decline” of professional ethics is the main reason. Therefore, for corruption crimes, we must tackle both the symptoms and the root cause and strengthen the professional ethics education of party and government cadres in order to enhance their “immunization function.” This article discusses the role of current enhanced vocational ethics education in preventing corruption of party and government cadres from four aspects.
