[目的]探讨工科类大学高年级学生心理健康状况,为大学生健康教育提供参考。[方法]采用精神症状自评量表(SCL-90),抽取某工科类大学在校三、四年级大学学生,测试238个有效样本,进行比较分析。[结果]被试者中至少有1项SCL-90因子得分大于或者等于3分的学生有41人、占17.23%,不同年级学生之间比较,个别因子有差异有统计学意义,躯体化、焦虑、敌对和恐怖4个因子高于全国大学生常模,且具有统计学差异,9个因子均高于国内正常人群的心理健康水平。[结论]工科类高年级大学生心理健康状况总体较好,但有部分学生心理存在严重的健康问题。
[Objective] To probe into the mental health status of senior students in engineering university and provide references for the health education of college students. [Methods] The SCL-90 was used to select the third and fourth grade undergraduates in a university of science and engineering to test 238 effective samples for comparative analysis. [Results] There were 41 students (17.23%) with at least 1 SCL-90 score greater than or equal to 3 scores among the subjects. There were significant differences in individual factors between the students of different grades, somatization, The four factors of anxiety, hostility and horror were higher than those of the national college students, and there were statistical differences. All nine factors were higher than the mental health level of the normal population in China. [Conclusion] The mental health status of engineering senior high school students is generally good, but some students have serious mental health problems.
