为了同时测定铬钢中的铬和锰,可将它们分别氧化为Cr_2O_7~(2-)和MnO_4~-,然后进行吸光光度法测定。但由于两者的吸光光谱相互重叠,因此采用常规吸光光度法测定时需要解联立方程。黄贤智等曾用双波长法原理在普通分光光度计上同时测定了合金钢中铬和锰的含量。我们发现Cr_2O_7~(2-)和MnO_4~-的二阶导数峰分得很开,彼此不干扰,故拟用此法进行测定。实验部分一仪器和试剂 1 美国Beckman DU-7HS型分光光度计。 2 锰标准溶液:0.300mg ml~(-1),称取0.9229克优级纯MnSO_4·H_2O溶于水中,移入1000毫升量瓶,稀释至刻度。
In order to determine chromium and manganese in chrome steel at the same time, they can be respectively oxidized to Cr_2O_7 ~ (2-) and MnO_4 ~ - and then measured by spectrophotometry.
