This paper analyzes the new features of logistics and distribution, the realization of logistics and distribution information system and the e-commerce logistics and distribution model that suits our national conditions in the era of e-commerce. The e-commerce logistics and distribution modes and the logistics and distribution modes that enterprises should choose are also described.
