我院从 1998年 1月～ 1999年 2月共收治产后出血 5 1例 ,现进行回顾性分析。1 临床资料1 1 一般资料 产后出血 5 1例中 ,因宫缩乏力引起的 2 1例 ,胎盘因素引起的 2 9例 ,软产道裂伤的 1例。年龄 18～ 32岁。初产妇 45例 ,经产妇 6例。孕足月的 49例 ,过期妊娠的2例。1 2
Our hospital from January 1998 to February 1999 were treated 51 cases of postpartum hemorrhage, are now a retrospective analysis. 1 Clinical data 1 1 General information 5 1 postpartum hemorrhage, due to uterine inertia caused by 21 cases, 29 cases caused by placental factors, 1 case of soft birth canal laceration. Age 18 ~ 32 years old. 45 cases of primipara, 6 cases of mothers. 49 cases of full term pregnancy, 2 cases of expired pregnancy. 1 2
