我是1988年从县直机关保育院调到县教研室工作的。为搞好全县的幼教管理和教研工作,我和同行们团结协作,认真履行了职责。经过努力,6年来,全县的幼儿园由原来的24所增加到68所,学前班由原来的254个增加到367个,全县乡乡有幼儿园,村村有学前班;3～5岁幼儿入园率从百分之零点几上升到12％,6～7岁幼儿入学率从70％上升到96％;300多名幼儿教师全部列入代课的编制,享受与小学代课教
