在化工行业易燃易爆环境中,生产工艺及控制要求较复杂,且多是连续化生产,对电气(防爆)设备要求较高,笔者根据近10年的化工工程设计、施工、维修经验,谈一下对易燃易爆环境中配电设计的看法。 防爆区域划分 搞好易燃易爆环境电气设计的首要工作就是对生产厂所正确地进行防爆区域划分,这一点甚为重要,否则会出现意想不到的后果。 不仅如此,我们还要严格区分爆炸性区域的范围。要注意防爆Ⅰ区、防爆Ⅱ区、非防爆区域或附加区的划分。应当根据释放源的级别和位置、易燃物质的性质、通风条件、障碍物及生产条件、运行经验等,经综合比较之后确定。
