今年9月23日至27日在华沙举行了第三届国际电影技术会议。共有十五个国家近四百名代表参加了这次会议。会议的主要成就是成立了电影技术协会国际联合会,它未来的活动将代替目前这种不定期的大会。联合会的主要目的包括建立电影界科学、工程和技术工作者的联系,交流技术经验和思想。这种接触能够扩大在电影技术新成就方面的相互报导,这对电影技术落后的国家尤其具有重大的意义。
The 3rd International Film Technology Conference was held in Warsaw from September 23 to 27 this year. Nearly 400 delegates from 15 countries attended the meeting. The main achievement of the conference was the establishment of the International Federation of Motion Picture Technology Association, its future activities will replace the current irregular meeting. The main objectives of the Federation include establishing links between science, engineering and technical workers in the film industry and exchanging technical experiences and ideas. Such contacts can broaden mutual reporting on new achievements in cinema technology, which is of particular importance for countries with backward cinema technology.
