我们打印工作是一项接触面很广,任务繁琐,主动性小,围绕中心工作进行工作的服务性工作,但又是承担全部公文运转的重要枢纽的任务。几年来,据我们摸索到打印工作的忙闲规律是:在每新的一年开始和每年年末,每个季度开始第一个月的上旬和第三个月的下旬,每个月的月末和每周周末,在以上时间内工作是比较忙的,而且急件比较多;另外,在一年中召开的各种专业会议时期更为繁忙。以上之规律一经我们发现,即注意到在忙期到来之前,在精神上、思想上和物质上作好一切准备工作,不致使工作因繁忙而受到影响,并要力争更加提高工作效率与质量。这样,就需要我们在工作中特别注意从全局考虑,在态度上要和蔼、耐心,并加强与各单位的主动联系,经常了解各单位的工作情况和随时注意总结某一时期的工作情况,力争主动,以便更加及时的完成工作任务。
