通过对基层乡镇（街道）畜牧兽医站的单位性质和财务问题现状的分析,指出了加强管理的重要性和必要性。在此基础上总结出扬州市邗江区畜牧兽站对基层加强财务管理的总措施和具体办法,并且在实践中取得了一定的成效,供相关单位借鉴,并指明了今后的努力方向。
