当前,各国都非常注重学生个性发展和全面发展的教育。在素质教育这一背景下,人们越来越注重学生的人格教育。但是,在应试教育观念下,学校只注重升学率,忽略了语文这门学科的优势以及利用语文教学内容进行人格教育的特点。分析了高中语文教学中人格教育的发展现状,并提出了在语文教学中实施人格教育应当具备的条件。
At present, all countries attach great importance to students’ individual development and all-round education. In the context of quality education, people pay more and more attention to the personality education of students. However, under the concept of examination-oriented education, the school only focuses on the rate of enrollment, neglects the advantages of the Chinese subject and the characteristics of using the Chinese teaching content to carry out personality education. Analyzes the current situation of personality education in Chinese teaching in senior high schools and puts forward the conditions that should be followed in the process of implementing personality education in Chinese teaching.
