患者28岁。因左侧腹股沟区可复性包块20年,不回纳伴疼痛2周,加重1日,于1997年4月20日入院。查体:痛苦病容,左侧腹股沟区外环口处可见隆起性包块,约7cm×5cm×4cm大小,质硬,触压痛明显,不活动,其包块外上极有一蒂向外环口内潜入,外环口紧张,按压包块不能回纳。诊断为“左侧嵌顿性斜疝”。在连续硬膜外麻醉下行急诊手术。取左斜疝切口,切开各层至疝囊见张力大,呈暗紫色,切开疝囊即有约50ml的暗红色液体涌出。扩大疝囊切口,见内有一约3cm×2cm×2cm的淡红色实性包块。形成了疝囊外侧壁的一部分,质地中等,包块上
