目的 :探讨丘脑中线核群与颞叶癫的病理生理联系。方法 :采用免疫组化方法 ,在杏仁核点燃的大鼠癫模型上 ,观察丘脑有关核群c fos蛋白表达细胞分布情况 ,用c fos阳性细胞密度作定量研究指标。结果 :在杏仁核点燃的大鼠 ,癫发作达到 4~ 5级时 ,丘脑中线核群的室旁核、菱形核、连结核以及丘脑背内侧核均有显著的c fos蛋白表达。结论 :丘脑中线核群参与颞叶癫的传播过程。
Objective: To explore the pathophysiology of thalamic midline nuclear population and temporal lobe epilepsy. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to observe the distribution of c fos protein in thalamic nuclei on the model of amygdala-lighted rat epilepsy. The c fos positive cell density was used as a quantitative index. RESULTS: In the amygdala-lit rats, the level of c fos protein was significantly higher in paraventricular nucleus, rhombus nucleus, tuberculous nucleus and dorsal medial thalamic nucleus when epileptic seizures reached grade 4 to 5. Conclusion: The thalamic midline nuclear population is involved in the temporal lobe epilepsy.
