Cryogenic technology is used in modern medicine in two diametrically opposed uses: one is the cryogenic preservation of cells, tissues and organs, which is a low-temperature biological task; the other is the use of cryogenic methods to necrosis of a tissue in order to achieve certain treatment disease. This is cryogenic surgery (also known as cryosurgery). Although frozen for medical treatment has a long history, but due to technical reasons, imperfect frozen medical equipment, refrigeration temperature is not low enough, the therapeutic effect is not strong, not widely used. In 1960, Professor Coper of neurosurgery in the United States collaborated with Rand Company to develop a liquid nitrogen cryo-medical device capable of regulating the temperature, and first used in neurosurgery. 100 patients of Parkinson’s
