《义务教育英语课程标准(2011年版)》强调义务教育阶段英语课程的目的之一就是:“使学生掌握一定的语言基本知识和基本技能,建立初步的语感,获得初步运用英语的能力,为真实交际打下基础”。新课程标准特别强调突出语言的实践性特征,目的就是培养学生综合运用英语的能力。事实上,当今社会,口语交际能力已经成为衡量一个人整体素质的最实际和最重要的条件之一,同时,它也是社会对人才的要求之一,不会交际也就意味着无法与人交往。良好的交际习惯一旦养成,便成为个人的宝贵财富,终身受用。但现今的英语教学现状是费时多、成效少,特别是农村小学,由于受各方面条件的限制,学生除了课堂学习和课外作业练习之外,很少有机会接触英语,因而缺少实际的交际训练,造成学生口语表达困难,一定程度上阻碍了学生的全面发展。为此,我们必须改变教学方法,努力为培养学生英语语言交际能力创造有利的条件。

Especially in rural primary schools, due to various conditions, students have little chance of getting in touch with English in addition to classroom learning and extra-curricular homework practice. Therefore, they lack practical communicative training , Causing students to express their difficulties in speaking, to a certain extent, impede the all-round development of students. To this end, we must change the teaching methods, and strive to develop students ability to communicate in English to create favorable conditions.
