亚硝酸盐是一种白色的结晶性的粉末,味道略微的发苦且带有一点咸味,其性状与食盐极为相似,极易因为误用、乱用而导致中毒事件的发生。本文通过对一起因误食亚硝酸盐中毒事件的分析,为预防此类事件再次发生提供帮助。1材料与方法1.1一般资料2014年5月14日,某区疾控中心接到医疗机构报告的一起疑似食物中毒事件,报告病人21例,有相似的临床症状:头晕、口唇、手脚及脸部皮肤发绀,并有在“严记小吃”店共同进食史。
