目的 :探讨肾上腺结核的CT表现特点及意义。材料与方法 :回顾性分析 8例肾上腺结核的CT表现。结果 :肾上腺结核依病期而有不同的CT表现 :双侧肾上腺增大 ,并呈环状强化 ;双侧肾上腺部分或完全钙化。结论 :CT扫描可准确显示肾上腺结核的形态、大小、强化特点 ,多数病例结合临床和实验室资料可获得正确诊断。
Objective: To investigate the CT features and significance of adrenal tuberculosis. Materials and Methods: CT findings of 8 cases of adrenal tuberculosis were retrospectively analyzed. Results: According to the stage of adrenal tuberculosis have different CT manifestations: bilateral adrenal enlargement, and a ring-shaped enhancement; bilateral adrenal partial or complete calcification. Conclusion: CT scan can accurately show the morphology, size and strengthening characteristics of adrenal tuberculosis. Most cases can be correctly diagnosed by clinical and laboratory data.
