作者于１９９３年１０月～１９９８年１２月，对５７例可切除的中下段直肠癌，采用国产３１ｍｍ管状吻合器进行骶前吻合术，取得很好效果。方法本组５７例中男性３１例．女性２６例。年龄３０岁～８１岁，平均５９．５岁。病灶下缘距肛缘均在６ｃｍ～１０ｃｍ。病理类型：乳头
The author from October 1993 to December 1998, 57 cases of resectable middle and lower rectal cancer, using domestic 31mm tubular anastomosis presacral anastomosis, and achieved good results.
