偶发性肾上腺肿瘤一般是指无临床症状，仅在检查与此无关的疾病过程中或手术探查时偶然发现的肾上腺占位性病变，广泛而言也包括经仔细检查发现有轻微全身症状的肿瘤及囊肿［１］。我院自１９８０年５月～１９９８年７月，共收治偶发性肾上腺肿瘤８例，均行手术治疗，效果满意
Sporadic adrenal neoplasms generally refer to adrenal space-occupying lesions that have no clinical symptoms and are found only by accident in the course of the examination of unrelated diseases or during surgical exploration, and broadly include those with slight systemic symptoms after careful examination. Cysts [1]. In our hospital from May 1980 to July 1998, 8 cases of sporadic adrenal tumors were treated. All of them were treated surgically with satisfactory results.
