研究阿莫西林克拉维酸钾片在健康人体的相对生物利用度。采用微生物法测定10名健康志愿者单剂量口服375mg阿莫西林克拉维酸钾片和安克片后阿莫西林和克拉维酸钾的血药浓度,计算其药动学参数,以C_(max)、AUC_(0~∞)等为指标,用双单侧T检验及(1~2α)置信区间分析两种制剂的生物等效。阿莫西林的生物利用度为102.47%,克拉维酸钾的生物利用度为101.94%。
To study the relative bioavailability of amoxicillin and clavulanate tablets in healthy volunteers. The plasma concentrations of amoxicillin and clavulanic acid amoxicillin and clavulanic acid were determined by microbiological method after oral administration of 375 mg amoxicillin and clavulanic acid tablets in 10 healthy volunteers. The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated by C_ (max) ), AUC_ (0 ~ ∞) were used as indexes. The bioequivalence of the two preparations was analyzed by double unilateral T-test and (1 ~ 2α) confidence intervals. The bioavailability of amoxicillin was 102.47%, and the bioavailability of potassium clavulanate was 101.94%.
